Abstract submission guideline
- Abstract submission starts from 1st July 2023
- Registration is compulsory for Abstract submission
- Abstract submission by on conference email only
- Abstract previously published or presented at conference are not permitted Organizing committee reserves the right to publish abstract in Souvenir
- Mode of presentation - Oral & E-poster
- The scientific committee will review the abstracts, and the acceptance and mode of presentation will be communicated.
- Best ORAL & Best E-POSTER presentation will be awarded under Faculty & Student category
Instructions
Abstract preparation instructions
- The title should be concise and self-explanatory.
- Authors name & affiliation
- The main text should have the following headings (maximum 300 words):
- Background
- Objectives
- Materials & Methods
- Results
- Conclusion
- Keywords (3 to 5)
Award Guidelines
Theme based Full paper for Award
- Word limit, maximum 2500 (including abstract)
- File format - MS Word
- Paper should be in the following Headings:
- Title (Times New Roman, font size 18, Bold)
- Author & affiliation (Times New Roman, font size 14)
- Abstract (300 words max) in a structured format (Times New Roman, font size 16)
- Main text - Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, references (Vancouver style) (Times New Roman, font size 18, Bold)
